“Thank God for Stewart
Francke. Thank God for his
feeling healing music, for
the sweetness of his soul,
the sincerity of his songs,
the strength of his vision.
WHEEL OF LIFE is
enriching, nourishing
music – music as faith,
music as celebration,
music whose source is
clear and joyful love.”

SFM Ltd. -- Licensing music for ad work , film & TV
If using Detroit-bred music in commercials now carries a hip cache,
then few artists are more closely associated with the Detroit sound
than Stewart Francke. From the funky elegance of his Detroit-born
neo-soul to the shimmering guitars and vocals of heartland
rock...even to the bleach blond muscle car beach pop he made with
"Sunflower soul serenade" --the style is wide & optimistic, carrying
a love and understanding of post-swing modern pop.
More than 60 fresh and honest hooks from one of the country's best
songwriters, known but not overused. Lyrical images that conjure
both a sense of place and the tone of the times. The tracks can be
licensed as is or recut with various voices to suit your project, be
it TV & radio use; CD-Rom; live presentations; or production films.
Stewart Francke's work is familiar yet fresh, from rock to pop to
blue-eyed soul to Americana. The integrity in his songwriting has
brought critical acclaim on an international basis. Although he's
yet to fully concentrate on product-pitch music, Stewart has
produced music for General Motors, Chevrolet, Ford, Arbor Drugs, The
Oakland Press, ABC appliances & several others.
Over the last few years Stewart has won numerous Detroit Music &
ASCAP Awards, including Best Artist, Best Songwriter, Best Album,
and a special Achievement Award for his leukemia foundation. He was
recently named Most Popular Musician in an Hour Detroit magazine
poll. A bone marrow transplant and leukemia survivor, Stewart was
recently recognized by the Points of Light Foundation for his
personal work in cancer patient support.
After performing with acts as renowned as Sheryl Crow, Stevie
Winwood, Steve Earle, Warren Zevon, Huey Lewis & The News, Chicago,
Shawn Colvin, Kenny Loggins, Hall & Oats and numerous others,
licensing Stewart's music is a natural extension of his work.
